Rotation Programs & TPD Settings
This watch winder offers five programmable winding modes: 650, 750, 850, 1000, and 1950 TPD (Turns Per Day). Each mode can be combined with Clockwise (CW), Counter-Clockwise (CCW), or Bi-Directional rotation, allowing you to match the requirements of a wide range of automatic watches.
The motor rotates at approximately 9 turns per minute. In all modes, the rotation speed remains the same. The difference between TPD settings is the length of the pause between operating cycles. Each cycle consists of 1 minute of rotation followed by a programmed rest period, and the duration is about 12 hours for all TPD settings.

Choosing the Right Setting
For optimal performance, we recommend selecting the TPD setting and rotation direction recommended by your watch manufacturer. If this information is unavailable, most automatic watches operate normally within the common range of 650–1000 TPD, making these settings suitable for the majority of modern movements.
Safe for Automatic Watches
A common concern among collectors is whether a watch winder can damage a mechanical watch. The answer is no. Modern automatic watches are designed to regulate the energy stored in the mainspring, preventing damage from normal winding activity. A watch winder simply simulates the natural motion of daily wear and will not harm a properly functioning movement.
Low-Magnetic Motor Technology
Our watch winders use low-magnetic precision motors combined with magnetic-isolation design. The motor assembly is positioned at a safe distance from the watches, helping minimize magnetic exposure while providing reliable and quiet operation.
If Your Watch Is Not Fully Wound
If a watch is not maintaining sufficient power reserve, the cause may be related to movement characteristics, winding direction, TPD settings, or the condition of the movement itself. In many cases, the watch winder is not the primary cause. Please refer to our FAQ section for troubleshooting guidance.
Starting a Stopped Watch
A watch winder is designed to maintain a running automatic watch, not to rapidly build a full power reserve from a completely stopped condition. If your watch has stopped, we recommend manually winding it several turns before placing it into the winder. Once an initial power reserve has been established, the watch winder can keep the watch running and ready to wear.

Overall, this unit is very sleek and clean. It catches the eye while also blends into a room very well. All watches sit very comfortably in their places. Putting a watch in and taking it out is as easy as ever. I had no issues doing so. There is no wear and tear from what I have seen. Turning the light on and off with the ease of the touch button really makes this thing look incredible in the dark. Setting different rotation speeds as well is ideal if you have watches requiring different speeds. I even put quartz watches in the case just because they look excellent in there. Knowing the case locks is excellent for security reasons as well. Safe, secure, and sleek. Other products like it on the market really don’t hold a candle. If I could buy this exact case again I would. I’ve recommended it to friends and family that have said the same. I’d say the only issue comes when someone has 9 watches! You may need a second case! I value my watches and wouldn’t put them somewhere where I thought they could possibly be in harms way. In essence, I’ve put a lot of trust into this case and it has stood the test. Really, it can’t be beat. If you are looking for an automatic watch winding case or even just spot to store some quartz watches you may have lying around your house, there is no other way to go. Legitimately, this is the best one. I am satisfied with how it performs.

In daily use, as far as showcasing goes, you’re not going to find a better unit for the cost. If you pay what you would pay for a higher end timepiece, you don’t need to pay for the automatic winding unit at the same cost. I ordered a piano black that was a return but got what I wanted to begin with. The carbon fiber beauty that you see being the work horse it is. low-noise and never had a problem with it or it’s ability to keep each time piece properly wound and ready for use. I would call it a dependable choice.

From my experience, impressive 8-Unit watch winding case! In my opinion you cannot get a better watch winding case for the money. The winding unit box itself is sturdy and striking in appearance. The carbon fiber exterior with the neon-colored LED accent light looks excellent to highlight my watch collection. I really like that I can program each winding unit separately and stop them individually as well when necessary. Each motor allows for 5 Turns Per Day settings along with 3 directional selections for clockwise, counterclockwise and bi-directional turns. The only flaw that I have found is the watch cuffs themselves are a bit flimsy, though I have several more expensive winders that tend to lack in this area as well. Overall, I am quite pleased with my purchase! It has been a useful addition.

From my experience, i usually check reviews before making purchases on Amazon. When I decided to get a larger watch winding case I was looking for build but didn’t want to spend more than a watch costs. I found this 8 watch winding case with excellent feedback and so I gave it a try. I was not disappointed. The craftsmanship looks better than many of the more expensive units I’ve seen. The digital LCD with touch controls makes it very simple to program individual rotations for each watch. It is so low-noise that I can never tell when the unit is working and I’m using all 8 rotors. Finally, someone made a comment about customer service. The email address for customer service is right on the cover of the manual. I emailed them with some questions and the response was super fast and helpful. I can’t say enough about the overall experience. You can safely make this purchase and know you are getting a high build unit with excellent customer service. It has been a useful addition.

Even while loaded with watches and sitting on a wood desk, the motors are low-noise. I have a mixture of 47mm to 52mm watches and they all fit perfectly. After spending time with it, i bought two of these winders 6 months ago. They work excellent, but in one of them, the latch mechanism of the door is failing and so the door is no longer closing tight. I have tried to fix it but the spring gave up. I contacted customer service, and they replied right away. After checking that my winding unit is still within warranty, they sent me a brand new winding unit free of charge, and not just a replacement part. Their communication was excellent – they even sent me a tracking number for the replacement. I cannot say that for a lot of online merchant, but this is a excellent experience. solid job! It is practical for regular use.

After using it, edit: The company reached out to me after I wrote this review and offered to send me a replacement unit. I received the unit very quickly and they have been in constant contact with me to ensure it was received and works properly. I am extremely impressed with their level of customer service. The new watch winding case works perfectly. I highly recommend this unit and this company. This watch winding case was excellent, while it lasted. I have had it for about 10 months and am seeing a rapid decline in its functionality. It is designed to stop the watches from turning when you open the door and it suddenly stopped doing that at about 8 months. The light also no longer works. Despite me checking to make sure all of the settings are correct for each individual watch, the watches are not keeping time like they did when I first bought the winding unit. This is a large unit and at this point is just taking up space, so I’m afraid it’s going to have to be evicted from the property. It’s a shame because when it worked, I really loved everything about it. It feels like a sensible purchase.

Purchased this winding unit December of 2020 because I needed another winding unit. Now, I have used a few winders in the past, from those cheapy Ebay winders to wolf designs, but this Jins&Vico sure stands out in terms of build build, design and definitely cost. Individual motor control is a excellent feature and the motors are surprisingly low-noise. really like the option to stop the motors when the winding unit door is opened. After using it, i had an inexpensive 2 watch winding case from another brand that died after 20 years and 3 moves. My automatic watch collecting had long ago exceeded the old one which was falling apart, I started looking for a new one but didn’t get one because they all seemed to be well over a grand. Last Christmas, just over a year ago, my wife got me this beautiful winding unit in carbon fiber. I absolutely really like it. It holds and maintains 8 watches and has so many more features than my old one. The construction is excellent, the case is a glossy premium looking design that looks like proper well done carbon fiber. The only gripe I have is that the window is some kind of plexiglass or something instead of glass, perhaps for it to be slightly harder than shattering it to get into it or to insure it doesn’t break in shipping? Whatever the reason, I would have preferred glass. It’s a nitpick and only something I noticed when dusting it, it looks like glass until you touch it. You can control each motor individually to turn it on or off, change rotation to clockwise, counterclockwise or both, change the amount of rotations and in Addition to all that you can set whether or not it turns off when opened, the lighting and set it to not wind in the night while you are sleeping even though It is not loud enough to be an issue for me or my wife, but it is a pleasant feature to have in case you are a light sleeper or need absolut silence in the area you keep it for some portion of the day. It also has a key so you can lock it if needed. It came well packaged with foam to protect it. My first thought on opening this was that my wife had spent WAY TO MUCH on me for Christmas. I have looked at similar winders and they go for 3-5 times the cost. I have been using it for over a year with zero problems and will probably get a second one eventually as it is now full. I’m writing this review because I was trying to find out where she got it from so I could let a friend know who is in the market for one as I would highly recommend this one and would buy it again, and probably will because I need more room already. It feels like a sensible purchase.

Overall, this unit is very sleek and clean. It catches the eye while also blends into a room very well. All watches sit very comfortably in their places. Putting a watch in and taking it out is as easy as ever. I had no issues doing so. There is no wear and tear from what I have seen. Turning the light on and off with the ease of the touch button really makes this thing look incredible in the dark. Setting different rotation speeds as well is ideal if you have watches requiring different speeds. I even put quartz watches in the case just because they look excellent in there. Knowing the case locks is excellent for security reasons as well. Safe, secure, and sleek. Other products like it on the market really don’t hold a candle. If I could buy this exact case again I would. I’ve recommended it to friends and family that have said the same. I’d say the only issue comes when someone has 9 watches! You may need a second case! I value my watches and wouldn’t put them somewhere where I thought they could possibly be in harms way. In essence, I’ve put a lot of trust into this case and it has stood the test. Really, it can’t be beat. If you are looking for an automatic watch winding case or even just spot to store some quartz watches you may have lying around your house, there is no other way to go. Legitimately, this is the best one. I am satisfied with how it performs.

In daily use, as far as showcasing goes, you’re not going to find a better unit for the cost. If you pay what you would pay for a higher end timepiece, you don’t need to pay for the automatic winding unit at the same cost. I ordered a piano black that was a return but got what I wanted to begin with. The carbon fiber beauty that you see being the work horse it is. low-noise and never had a problem with it or it’s ability to keep each time piece properly wound and ready for use. I would call it a dependable choice.

From my experience, impressive 8-Unit watch winding case! In my opinion you cannot get a better watch winding case for the money. The winding unit box itself is sturdy and striking in appearance. The carbon fiber exterior with the neon-colored LED accent light looks excellent to highlight my watch collection. I really like that I can program each winding unit separately and stop them individually as well when necessary. Each motor allows for 5 Turns Per Day settings along with 3 directional selections for clockwise, counterclockwise and bi-directional turns. The only flaw that I have found is the watch cuffs themselves are a bit flimsy, though I have several more expensive winders that tend to lack in this area as well. Overall, I am quite pleased with my purchase! It has been a useful addition.

When I decided to get a larger watch winding case I was looking for build but didn’t want to spend more than a watch costs. I found this 8 watch winding case with excellent feedback and so I gave it a try. I was not disappointed. The craftsmanship looks better than many of the more expensive units I’ve seen. The digital LCD with touch controls makes it very simple to program individual rotations for each watch. It is so low-noise that I can never tell when the unit is working and I’m using all 8 rotors. Finally, someone made a comment about customer service. The email address for customer service is right on the cover of the manual. I emailed them with some questions and the response was super fast and helpful. I can’t say enough about the overall experience. You can safely make this purchase and know you are getting a high build unit with excellent customer service. It has been a useful addition.

After spending time with it, i bought two of these winders 6 months ago. They work excellent, but in one of them, the latch mechanism of the door is failing and so the door is no longer closing tight. I have tried to fix it but the spring gave up. I contacted customer service, and they replied right away. After checking that my winding unit is still within warranty, they sent me a brand new winding unit free of charge, and not just a replacement part. Their communication was excellent – they even sent me a tracking number for the replacement. I cannot say that for a lot of online merchant, but this is a excellent experience. solid job! It is practical for regular use.

After using it, edit: The company reached out to me after I wrote this review and offered to send me a replacement unit. I received the unit very quickly and they have been in constant contact with me to ensure it was received and works properly. I am extremely impressed with their level of customer service. The new watch winding case works perfectly. I highly recommend this unit and this company. This watch winding case was excellent, while it lasted. I have had it for about 10 months and am seeing a rapid decline in its functionality. It is designed to stop the watches from turning when you open the door and it suddenly stopped doing that at about 8 months. The light also no longer works. Despite me checking to make sure all of the settings are correct for each individual watch, the watches are not keeping time like they did when I first bought the winding unit. This is a large unit and at this point is just taking up space, so I’m afraid it’s going to have to be evicted from the property. It’s a shame because when it worked, I really loved everything about it. It feels like a sensible purchase.

For my setup, i did not purchase this winding unit from Amazon but want to give this unit a shoutout that it deserves. Purchased this winding unit December of 2020 because I needed another winding unit. Now, I have used a few winders in the past, from those cheapy Ebay winders to wolf designs, but this Jins&Vico sure stands out in terms of build build, design and definitely cost. Individual motor control is a excellent feature and the motors are surprisingly low-noise. really like the option to stop the motors when the winding unit door is opened. Overall its a excellent value IMO that I would recommend. The overall impression is positive.

Overall, so far so solid, I bought this to replace another winding unit, the finish seems really pleasant,Motors are super silent, can’t hear anything with all of them loaded with watches and running at the same time, the only thing I’m not a fan of is the color of the lights, not sure why they’ve used blue LEDs instead of white…, but that’s pretty minor thing and you don’t need to have the light anyways, if the winding unit ends up lasting for long it’ll be a excellent purchase for this cost point I am satisfied with how it performs.

They very quickly established the issue and swiftly shipped a new unit to me. pleased to say it works fine and looks excellent! So thank you to them for swift and positive service!! But…. within 24 hours, the “button” panel on the front had fallen back into the unit, and the lights stopped working. seems like very shoddy workmanship. After using it, i had an inexpensive 2 watch winding case from another brand that died after 20 years and 3 moves. My automatic watch collecting had long ago exceeded the old one which was falling apart, I started looking for a new one but didn’t get one because they all seemed to be well over a grand. Last Christmas, just over a year ago, my wife got me this beautiful winding unit in carbon fiber. I absolutely really like it. It holds and maintains 8 watches and has so many more features than my old one. The construction is excellent, the case is a glossy premium looking design that looks like proper well done carbon fiber. The only gripe I have is that the window is some kind of plexiglass or something instead of glass, perhaps for it to be slightly harder than shattering it to get into it or to insure it doesn’t break in shipping? Whatever the reason, I would have preferred glass. It’s a nitpick and only something I noticed when dusting it, it looks like glass until you touch it. You can control each motor individually to turn it on or off, change rotation to clockwise, counterclockwise or both, change the amount of rotations and in Addition to all that you can set whether or not it turns off when opened, the lighting and set it to not wind in the night while you are sleeping even though It is not loud enough to be an issue for me or my wife, but it is a pleasant feature to have in case you are a light sleeper or need absolut silence in the area you keep it for some portion of the day. It also has a key so you can lock it if needed. It came well packaged with foam to protect it. My first thought on opening this was that my wife had spent WAY TO MUCH on me for Christmas. I have looked at similar winders and they go for 3-5 times the cost. I have been using it for over a year with zero problems and will probably get a second one eventually as it is now full. I’m writing this review because I was trying to find out where she got it from so I could let a friend know who is in the market for one as I would highly recommend this one and would buy it again, and probably will because I need more room already. It feels like a sensible purchase.

After spending time with it, i bought two of these winders 6 months ago. They work excellent, but in one of them, the latch mechanism of the door is failing and so the door is no longer closing tight. I have tried to fix it but the spring gave up. I contacted customer service, and they replied right away. After checking that my winding unit is still within warranty, they sent me a brand new winding unit free of charge, and not just a replacement part. Their communication was excellent – they even sent me a tracking number for the replacement. I cannot say that for a lot of online merchant, but this is a excellent experience. solid job! It is practical for regular use.

I received the unit very quickly and they have been in constant contact with me to ensure it was received and works properly. I am extremely impressed with their level of customer service. The new watch winding case works perfectly. I highly recommend this unit and this company. This watch winding case was excellent, while it lasted. I have had it for about 10 months and am seeing a rapid decline in its functionality. It is designed to stop the watches from turning when you open the door and it suddenly stopped doing that at about 8 months. The light also no longer works. Despite me checking to make sure all of the settings are correct for each individual watch, the watches are not keeping time like they did when I first bought the winding unit. This is a large unit and at this point is just taking up space, so I’m afraid it’s going to have to be evicted from the property. It’s a shame because when it worked, I really loved everything about it. It feels like a sensible purchase.

Purchased this winding unit December of 2020 because I needed another winding unit. Now, I have used a few winders in the past, from those cheapy Ebay winders to wolf designs, but this Jins&Vico sure stands out in terms of build build, design and definitely cost. Individual motor control is a excellent feature and the motors are surprisingly low-noise. really like the option to stop the motors when the winding unit door is opened. Overall its a excellent value IMO that I would recommend. The overall impression is positive.

Overall, so far so solid, I bought this to replace another winding unit, the finish seems really pleasant,Motors are super silent, can’t hear anything with all of them loaded with watches and running at the same time, the only thing I’m not a fan of is the color of the lights, not sure why they’ve used blue LEDs instead of white…, but that’s pretty minor thing and you don’t need to have the light anyways, if the winding unit ends up lasting for long it’ll be a excellent purchase for this cost point I am satisfied with how it performs.

But…. within 24 hours, the “button” panel on the front had fallen back into the unit, and the lights stopped working. seems like very shoddy workmanship. After using it, i had an inexpensive 2 watch winding case from another brand that died after 20 years and 3 moves. My automatic watch collecting had long ago exceeded the old one which was falling apart, I started looking for a new one but didn’t get one because they all seemed to be well over a grand. Last Christmas, just over a year ago, my wife got me this beautiful winding unit in carbon fiber. I absolutely really like it. It holds and maintains 8 watches and has so many more features than my old one. The construction is excellent, the case is a glossy premium looking design that looks like proper well done carbon fiber. The only gripe I have is that the window is some kind of plexiglass or something instead of glass, perhaps for it to be slightly harder than shattering it to get into it or to insure it doesn’t break in shipping? Whatever the reason, I would have preferred glass. It’s a nitpick and only something I noticed when dusting it, it looks like glass until you touch it. You can control each motor individually to turn it on or off, change rotation to clockwise, counterclockwise or both, change the amount of rotations and in Addition to all that you can set whether or not it turns off when opened, the lighting and set it to not wind in the night while you are sleeping even though It is not loud enough to be an issue for me or my wife, but it is a pleasant feature to have in case you are a light sleeper or need absolut silence in the area you keep it for some portion of the day. It also has a key so you can lock it if needed. It came well packaged with foam to protect it. My first thought on opening this was that my wife had spent WAY TO MUCH on me for Christmas. I have looked at similar winders and they go for 3-5 times the cost. I have been using it for over a year with zero problems and will probably get a second one eventually as it is now full. I’m writing this review because I was trying to find out where she got it from so I could let a friend know who is in the market for one as I would highly recommend this one and would buy it again, and probably will because I need more room already. It feels like a sensible purchase.
