Galosom currently accepts orders for delivery only to valid street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.
Eligible Shipping Area
Free standard shipping is available to eligible delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. No minimum purchase is required.
Excluded Destinations
- Alaska and Hawaii
- Washington, D.C.
- Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and all other U.S. territories or possessions
- APO, FPO, DPO, AA, AE, AP, and other military or diplomatic mail addresses
- All addresses outside the United States
We do not currently offer paid shipping, freight quotations, or delivery exceptions for excluded destinations.
Checkout Eligibility
Enter the complete delivery address at cart or checkout. Eligible addresses will display Free shipping. If no shipping method is available, the address is outside our current service area and the order cannot be completed.
Order Processing and Delivery
The daily order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed before the cutoff begin processing that day. Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next applicable business day.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after the applicable order date. Galosom fulfills orders Monday through Saturday. Processing time is the period before carrier handoff and does not include transit time.
After shipment, transit is estimated at 3–5 business days, with transit days counted Monday through Saturday. Based on this schedule, the estimated total time from the applicable order date to delivery is 4–8 business days.
Sundays and U.S. federal holidays are not counted as processing or transit business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the order cutoff, carrier operations, weather, holidays, destination, or address issues.
