If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, our team will work with you to provide a fair and efficient solution.


18-Month Limited Warranty

Galosom products are covered by an 18-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

  • Motor systems
  • Control electronics
  • Internal wiring
  • Power systems
  • Mechanical components
  • Factory-installed hardware
  • Structural workmanship defects

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Galosom may, at its discretion:

  • Provide replacement parts
  • Provide technical support and repair guidance
  • Repair the product
  • Replace the defective product
  • Offer an alternative solution when appropriate

30-Day Replacement Guarantee

If a manufacturing defect is reported within the first 30 days after delivery, Galosom will prioritize a replacement solution whenever practical.

To help us evaluate the issue quickly, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Product model
  • Photos
  • Video showing the issue

Availability may vary by product generation and production status.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal cosmetic wear
  • Scratches, dents, or finish damage caused by use
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by improper voltage or power sources
  • Damage resulting from improper transportation after delivery
  • Commercial or rental use
  • Natural disasters, fire, flooding, or other external causes beyond our control
