18-Month Limited Warranty
Galosom products are covered by an 18-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:
- Motor systems
- Control electronics
- Internal wiring
- Power systems
- Mechanical components
- Factory-installed hardware
- Structural workmanship defects
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Galosom may, at its discretion:
- Provide replacement parts
- Provide technical support and repair guidance
- Repair the product
- Replace the defective product
- Offer an alternative solution when appropriate
30-Day Replacement Guarantee
If a manufacturing defect is reported within the first 30 days after delivery, Galosom will prioritize a replacement solution whenever practical.
To help us evaluate the issue quickly, customers may be asked to provide:
- Order number
- Product model
- Photos
- Video showing the issue

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal cosmetic wear
- Scratches, dents, or finish damage caused by use
- Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by improper voltage or power sources
- Damage resulting from improper transportation after delivery
- Commercial or rental use
- Natural disasters, fire, flooding, or other external causes beyond our control
