You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must not show signs of misuse, modification, or damage caused by improper handling.
  • All original accessories, manuals, inserts, protective materials, and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not return any item without receiving return authorization from our customer support team.


How To Request A Return

To begin a return request, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Product model
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping carton
  • Photos of the shipping label

After verification, Galosom will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Replacement parts
  • Product replacement
  • Full refund
  • Other reasonable remedies

For approved quality-related issues, Galosom will cover the return shipping cost.


Non-Defective Returns

If you decide to return an item for reasons unrelated to product quality, compatibility, shipping damage, or manufacturing defects:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The product must arrive in resalable condition.

Refund eligibility will be determined after inspection of the returned product.


Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection
  • 5–10 business days for payment providers and banks to complete processing
