Galosom ships from the United States to customers around the world. Shipping is free on every order, and for international orders all import duties, taxes and customs-clearance fees are already included in the price — nothing more is due at delivery.
Where We Ship
We deliver to valid street addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states and in every international destination available at checkout. Choose your country with “Ship to” at the top of the page to see prices in your local currency; your delivery address at checkout determines the final price and currency.
Destinations We Do Not Currently Serve
- Alaska, Hawaii and Washington, D.C.
- Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and all other U.S. territories or possessions
- APO, FPO, DPO, AA, AE, AP and other military or diplomatic mail addresses
- Countries and regions under U.S. sanctions or where international carrier service is currently suspended, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia and Belarus, and any other destination not available at checkout

Free Shipping — Duties and Taxes Included
Every order ships free of charge. International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): the price you pay at checkout already includes international transportation, import duties, import VAT or GST and standard customs-clearance fees. Galosom pays these charges through our international shipping agent, so the recipient will not be asked to pay anything at delivery.
If a carrier or customs office ever asks you for a payment on a Galosom order, please do not pay it — contact support@galosom.com and we will resolve it for you.

Order Processing and Delivery Times
United States
The daily order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed before the cutoff begin processing that day; orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day.
U.S. orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within an estimated 3–5 business days after shipment, for an estimated total of 4–8 business days. Galosom fulfills orders Monday through Saturday.
Europe
European orders normally require 3–7 business days for processing and an estimated 3–7 business days in transit with FedEx, for a normal total of 6–14 business days.
Other International Destinations
Orders to other international destinations normally require 3–7 business days for processing and an estimated 5–12 business days in transit depending on the destination, for a normal total of 8–19 business days.
Sundays and U.S. federal holidays are not counted as business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier operations, weather, holidays, remote destinations or incomplete address information.
